Land of Chips and Salsa

So today my coworker received a text announcing Bajio was handing out a free enchilada today with the text. She sent it to all of us and we went out on their dime. Well I actually needed a little rice and beans with mine, but I figured for a mere $2.10 I ate a great lunch. I love the many flavors you can find at Bajio's. They even have a new hot salsa. I especially love to buy their raw tortillas and cook them myself so I feel like I am back in the homeland enjoying a fresh homemade tortilla. Oh I was sure spoiled as a child with fresh tortillas.
